We want you to love your products. If you need to arrange a return, please note the following:

• Lash Therapy Australia will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of being delivered; no refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged.
• If your product was purchased as part of a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for individual products returned from a bundle/set.
• All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 
• If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at hi@lashtherapyaustralia.com.au prior to returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 
• In the event your order arrives to you damaged, please email us at hi@lashtherapyaustralia.com.au

*We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risks are borne by the sender. Please note, once a return has been delivered to us, it may take up to 30 business days to process your refund.
