Please note, if you email us straight away, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to change your address as it can take our customer care team 1 - 3 business days to attend to your email.
Once your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes to the shipping address and we cannot cancel or refund your order. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched from our Australia, US, UK, and Canada fulfilment locations depending on your region for faster delivery.
For locations outside these regions (Rest of World), orders will be shipped from our nearest warehouse. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.

Subscriptions make your life easier by automatically delivering your favourite Lash Therapy products on a recurring basis - plus you’ll enjoy exclusive savings on every order.
To get started, simply select the Subscribe & Save option on the product page and choose your preferred delivery frequency before proceeding to checkout.
You can manage your subscription through your account, including updating your delivery schedule, changing products, or pausing future orders. Please note that all subscriptions are subject to a minimum commitment of 3 orders before cancellation is available.
Only available on select products. Promotional codes and Afterpay cannot be used on subscription orders.

You can change your next order date or skip an upcoming order by visiting ‘Manage Subscriptions’ in your account.
Subscriptions require a minimum of 3 processed orders before cancellation is available. Once your third order has been processed, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
All changes to your subscription must be made before your next scheduled shipment date to ensure they are applied successfully.

A recurring charge for the product(s) selected for Subscribe & Save will automatically be charged to your payment method when your order is processed.
Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 orders. After your third order has been processed, your subscription will continue until cancelled.
You can manage your active and inactive subscriptions in the My Subscriptions section of your account, where you can update your shipping date, skip an order, change your subscription settings, or cancel your subscription once the minimum 3-order commitment has been met.

Yes, you can select your preferred delivery frequency when you first sign up for a subscription, and you can update your shipping frequency at any time through your customer portal.
Please note that subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 orders. Changes to delivery frequency can be made at any time, however cancellation is only available once your first 3 subscription orders have been processed.

International Shipping
For countries outside Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and New Zealand, orders are shipped through our global fulfilment network.
All duties, taxes and customs charges are calculated and paid at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP), helping to avoid unexpected customs fees and allowing for faster customs clearance.

Returns & Refunds

If you place an order and email us straight away, it is not guaranteed that your order will be cancelled as it can take 1 - 3 business days for our customer service team to attend to your email. If your order has already processed, we are unable to cancel the order or make any changes. Please be sure to double-check your order is correct before checking out.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as advertised, please contact hi@lashtherapyaustralia.com.au right away with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review it promptly and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. -
We happily accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Please note, items from bundles or sets must be returned in full, refunds can’t be processed for individual products from a bundle.
